Borjia Playground Limited Warranty Policy
At Borjia, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We are committed to providing durable, safe, and high-standard indoor playground equipment. Our warranty policy is structured as follows:
1. Warranty Periods (Tiered Coverage) Unlike other suppliers who offer a flat warranty, we offer tiered protection based on component durability:
Main Steel Structure: 3 Years (or 5 Years, depending on your policy).
Covers the galvanized steel pipes, clamps, and main structural integrity.
Soft Play & Plastic Components: 1 Year.
Covers soft padding, PVC wrapping, plastic slides, tunnels, and netting.
Electronic & Interactive Equipment: 1 Year.
Covers motors, blowers, and interactive projection systems.
Note: The warranty period begins from the date of installation completion or 2 months after the Bill of Lading date, whichever comes first.
2. What is Covered Borjia will repair or replace, free of charge, any component that proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the manufacturing process.
If a defect is confirmed, we will ship the replacement parts via international express (DHL/FedEx) at our expense.
3. Exclusions (What is NOT Covered) This warranty does not cover:
Normal Wear and Tear: Consumable items that naturally wear out over time (e.g., scratched floor mats, worn-out netting due to heavy traffic).
Vandalism & Misuse: Damage caused by malicious acts, improper usage, or overloading beyond the design capacity.
Force Majeure: Damage resulting from natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.).
Unauthorized Modification: Defects caused by customer self-modification without Borjia’s approval.
4. Maintenance Responsibility Proper maintenance is key to safety. We provide a comprehensive Maintenance Manual.
It is the customer's responsibility to perform daily, weekly, and monthly checks according to the manual.
Failure to perform regular maintenance may void the warranty for specific parts.
