Structural Steel: We use Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Pipes (O.D. 48mm) with a wall thickness of 1.5mm - 2.0mm. This prevents rust and ensures structural integrity for decades.
Soft Padding: High-density EPE Foam wrapped in Fire-Retardant PVC Leather. It is non-toxic, lead-free, and easy to clean.
Plastic Components: Made from Food-Grade LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene). It is UV-resistant, anti-static, and safe even if toddlers chew on it.
Safety Netting: High-strength nylon netting tailored to prevent climbing hazards and finger entrapment.
