The Vision: The client in Spain secured a 1,500 sqm venue and wanted to create the region's top Family Entertainment Center (FEC). The goal was to pack maximum play value into the space without making it feel crowded, appealing to both toddlers and teenagers.

The Borjia Solution: We utilized a "Multi-Level Ecosystem" design. By making full use of the high ceiling, we expanded the playable area vertically, effectively doubling the fun within the 1,500 sqm footprint.

Key Highlights:

• Vertical Challenges: The centerpiece is a multi-story Rope Course (High Altitude Challenge) that hangs above the main play area. It adds a thrill factor for older kids while saving floor space.

• Visual Impact: The giant Purple & Pink Spiral Slides act as the visual anchor of the park, creating an instant "Wow Factor" when guests walk in.

• Immersive Theming: We applied a cool "Mechanical/Robot" theme with neon lighting and custom wall art, giving the park a modern, high-tech vibe that stands out from traditional colorful playgrounds.

• Zoned for Everyone: The layout perfectly balances high-energy zones (Trampolines, Slides) with quieter zones like "My Town" (Role Play Area) for younger children, ensuring families spend hours here.
